Thank you Sakura Kokumai for the great seminars, and for the glimpse into what it takes to compete at the highest levels internationally and in the Olympics.

Inspiring, energetic and funny. It was a great class.

Regardless of whether it’s world-class kata athletes like Sakura Kokumai, world-class Okinawan kobudo sensei like Kinjo Satoshi sensei, or world-class teachers like Sōke @cezarborkowski , it always comes back to the same thing: better basics, better budo.

And the journey continues…
