Our Novice classes introduce students to the basics of karate.  Taught in a welcoming environment, students enjoy improved fitness, flexibility and fun.

In our intermediate program students are introduced to more advanced techniques, pad drills, practical self-defense and sparring.

Our advanced Masters Program prepares students to test for their Black Belt and beyond.  Kumite, self-defense as well as kobudo training is emphasized.

All NKS students are taught how to defend themselves in various situations.  From punching and kicking to takedowns, locking techniques, and ground work.

NKS students train in a deep curriculum of Okinawan kobudo including bo, sai, tonfa, ekku, kama, nunchaku and more.

All NKS classes incorporate fitness, flexibility and mobility.  Our students get healthy and limber while learning useful skills and having fun
